Box 50 Members Label Equipment For More Efficient Response
Members of Box 50 gathered Friday night to continue outfitting our newest rehab unit.
Volunteers labeled many of the tools and items used during a response and continued to train on operating the vehicle’s portable power generation system. Something as simple as labels on items in our rehab units will help our members more efficiently operate during an emergency. Knowing the precise amount to coffee to add to our onboard Bunn unit or exactly where even the smallest tool is in the toolbox will enable Box 50's responders to save valuable seconds when aiding first responders. We are grateful for the support we’ve received from the community to be able to operate two units to respond to needs in Lawrence County and look forward to have 2019 has to offer.
